Often times when you are getting ready in the morning you don't have a lot of time to spend on perfecting your makeup. And if you are heading out to a busy day, then chances are that you wont have a lot of time to touch up before you go out later that night. Here is a quick and easy look that anyone can recreate to transition from day to night.
1)- I used MAC's Matte Shadow ,'Espresso', on my eyebrows and filled them in using a flat angle brush.
2)- I used Younique Moodstruck Shadow,'Sexy', on my brow bone with a firm makeup brush (to apply more color onto the surface)
3)- Above the crease I used Younique Moodstruck Shadow,'Gorgeous'. With a soft, fluffy brush I applied it in a swiping (like windshield wipers) motion across the surface.
4)- Into the crease and over the eyelid, I applied the MAC's Matte Shadow,'Espresso'. Again, with a swiping motion and dabbing over the lid with a semi firm brush.
5)- I then used a flat angle brush to draw M AC's paint pod,'Blackground', as the liner.
6)- I applied mascara and....
Here ya go.... Ready for the day!
TRANSITIONING TO NIGHT
1)- On the outer crease and blended into the crease, I used Younique Moodstruck Shadow,'Daring'. With a solid brush, I applied color in an side angle 'V' shape on the outer crease then I used a soft, fluffy brush to blend.
2)- I used the same,'Daring', shadow and blended into the lower lash line of the eye.
3)- On the inner and middle lower lash line I dabbed on more,'Gorgeous', shadow and blended into the darker color.
4)- Lastly, I applied a pencil black liner into the lower lash line just above the lashes.
And here's the result! Your ready to hit the town!
You can use a variety of colors to recreate this same sort of look and it really is so easy! Blending is key! Find a good brush for blending and practice in your free time! Everyone knows the phrase, Practice Makes Perfect!
